Meet The Team

Sohail Abbas

Dr. Abbas received his PhD in 1983 from the University of Toulouse, France. He also completed a fellowship at John Hopkins University and was a Fullbright Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Abbas has over 25 years experience in the field of Clinical Psychology. He has been a Clinician, teacher and a researcher. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Abbas also works as Psychologist at Trillium Health Partners, Queensway Health Centre.

Andrei Reznikov

Andrei obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Toronto. While initially having an interest toward psychological research, Andrei began transitioning towards clinical work in 2018. After several years of working as a residential counsellor and assessor, Andrei decided to focus specifically on Psychotherapy, receiving his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. His approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and his areas of focus are relational and interpersonal problems; and difficult life transitions and changes. Andrei also offers counselling in Russian.

Arshdeep Bath

Arshdeep is a  Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.  She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at University of Manitoba. She has experience working with individuals with physical and mental health challenges in a vocational setting before beginning her career as a psychotherapist. Arshdeep completed her Master's in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Her approach is cognitive and behaviour based while taking into consideration cultural and holistic approaches to counselling.  As an individual belonging to South Asian Community, she also provides counselling services in Hindi and Punjabi.

Monday: 10 am - 6 pm

Tuesday: 10 am - 6 pm

Wednesday: 10 am - 6 pm

Thursday: 10 am - 6 pm

Friday: 10 am - 6 pm
